Soooo excited that the scale is moving again - switched up my protein / fat / carb ratios and added some walking this week in addition to my tennis schedule. Again this is my "fat" week for lady-based water retention, so that fact that as of today I am at my low weight for the last few years is amazing news! <3
I have to fly out of town this weekend just for a couple of days but I really hate how travel sodium intakes screw up my progress - so I prepared myself by buying some Quest bars yesterday to stand in for the majority of my meals. After that, it's just about staying hydrated despite my fear of public bathrooms...
