Yesterday was a mentally and physically exhausting day, I worked 12 hours so I did not exercise. I stayed within my calorie range and my fat range but I went over on my sodium intake. I will get back to the lower sodium today, because I feel like that has had an overall impact on my weightloss over the last week.

My measurements are once again showing a slight difference that I am wondering if it will hold for the long term. My muscle mass percentage has went to 42% for the first time and my body fat% has dropped below 24% for the first time.
