Good morning buddies. Sore today from my kettle bell workout yesterday which is good. I also got in a fifty minute walk so I hit my step goals.
Getting bored with the same foods over and over again, doesn't help that we are pretty limited. If the budget allows I think I'm going to give a go at making egg rolls this weekend, sounds yummy. I need some variety in my life. The husband and kiddos got a five dollar hot and ready pizza last night, and I was conveniently let out of class early enough to come home and have to smell it. Damnit. I bagged up the leftovers and threw them in the fridge asap and managed to keep them out of my mouth. Go me.
Tonight is going to be breakfast for dinner, I have sugar free syrup for my pancakes, and I'll also have some eggs and sausage for protein. My son has a baseball game at eight, my husband is home at 4:30, so I'm not sure if I will be able to squeeze in a trip to the gym plus making dinner in that three hour window but we will see. Or I could just take the kids on a long bike ride this afternoon. Either or will suffice.
Weigh in tomorrow, feeling optimistic. I've had seven days of solid 1000 cal deficits, so we will see what the weight loss gods have in store for me.
