I haven't posted for a while. I injured my achilles tendon and had to take some time off from walking. I kept with my WOE but was very discouraged. I comleted my 2nd treatment for the heel pain and am doing so much better. (I have the most amazing chiropractor on the planet.) I walked the 2 mile nature trail near my house this morning. I am finally excited about exercise again. My best friend has a beach house and we have been doing what we call "Beach Boot Camp". This last weekend we biked, walked and kayaked for 3 days. I feel like I'm on the way back! Spent a little time looking up challenges. Think I'll try "Do That Thing". Now I just have to come up with a goal. I'll have to ponder that for a while.
