I was so tired when I got home yesterday that I took a 4 hour nap. It was the first time in a while I did not complete my 10,000 steps goal for the day. I was only 2,500 steps below. Oh well, I needed the sleep. I had forgotten my breakfast and lunch at home so couldn't eat until 3 when my mom thankfully dropped off some food for me. I could've had junk food but NO! I was dragging all day. I stopped for dinner on the way home, rotisserie chicken. I got home threw some veggies in the microwave, told hubby and crashed. Oopsies. At least hubby and son ate. I'm down a pound today but that's probably because I did not treat my body correctly and eat nice yesterday. I got my water in at least.
