Day "ONE" ! A little apprehensive as I've been trying off and on to loose weight forever! I was always slim, even after 2 babies but it finally caught up to me... through depression I think.... and funny (not!) it makes me even more depressed! So, now is the time and we'll see how it goes... I'm not sure if 190 is correct, I haven't any scales, but I know its not more than that and I'll get scales when I can... Wish me luck !!

O, thanks everyone! I am so excited about this site... I have to be accountable but don't have to face you to do it! Lol
I'm finding that it's so much easier to see how I'm eating when I see where there are calories I don't really need...like the salad dressing I had today! Ugh
I hope to make progress though... today is day 2 with no SODA which is my guilty fat secret !!! Lol
