Why don’t you start intermittent fasting ? at the end of your in fast in the eating window you can even eat ice cream and burgers and still lose weight. You don’t necessarily have to suffer. Eat the stuff you like and still lose weight. Not No Bs I have lost 13 Kgs doing that myself. As long as you understand the basics you will lose weight.
