No panic attacks last night, thank you all for your kind thoughts and suggestions I will gladly try them! I did have a nightmare that was crazy but it was just a dream and not real. Today has worn me out. I worked for over 9 hours then spent 2 hours working in our garden harvesting raspberries and feverfew. Then hubby and I attacked the lemon balm and rose trees that have taken over the front garden. It looks tons better now. Looking forward to sleeping good tonight!
