Down 26.6 lbs so far. Only 103 to go. That may seem like a lot to go but I already lost about 10% of my body weight. I will not be weighing in this weekend. I have a baby shower I am hosting tomorrow. I am making it my monthly free food day. One day per month not on my diet/changed way of eating - this is lifelong. The next one is July 18th, when the best husband ever asked me to volunteer with him. The reason he's the best, firefighter calendar models! We get to work with half naked firefighters who posed for the calendar. Plus no kids allowed. We are having a date night after the event. I decided to go with the one day per month of a free day because it will allow me to eat birthday cake, cookies, chocolate, and other stuff so I'm less likely to go back to my old way of eating all the time. If I deny myself completely I usually wind up just going back to the way it was that made me weigh this much. If I know I can schedule a free food day to match an event I can control myself better knowing it's coming up. My ice wine is already being chilled for tomorrow. :)
