I'm having a really good day even though I got very little sleep last night. I am thankful for:
a really great workout
a really great walk
a really yummy lunch
lots of sunshine
different work to do that changes things up
a great podcast during my walk
shrimp and asparagus and kale for dinner
being able to leave at 1ish
having the flexibility to walk and nobody knows I'm gone

Wednesday:
take gummy and hopefully sleep until 12
meditate from 1-145
food prep 145 - 230
work on expungements and ride bike from 230-430
swim 5-6
lunch cabbage and bacon
dinner burgers and okra - no kale
M-chicken and matza sticks
