I haven't jogged in about 2 months and today I had to close the summer child care center which is located right next to a track. I took my workout clothes and changed and did a walk jog for 3 miles. It felt so good!! I didn't jog the whole thing because the temp was over 100 and since it was my first time back I didn't think I should push too hard. So that is my plan for the time being. When I have to close, it's track time. =)
