Solo dinner tonight and not really feeling like cooking, so it was some ready made rice with seeds, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli and French beans and a sprinkle of cheese. I’ve spent a lifetime cooking big family dinners and fixing food just for myself is very new… I’m loving getting a different take on how I do stuff, even the little every day things.
