Boy, did I dodge a bullet. I really thought I was going to gain this week. I have NOT been following the plan very well this week, BUT I am determined to get back on track. I may even go back to Phase 1 for a couple weeks. We'll just have to see how this week goes. I also plan on increasing my exercise, which will be anything with movement since I haven't exercised at all since I started this thing.
