@Jasmine … I have a specific photo that I use to always look when I feel demotivated. That photo makes me lose my appetite the minute I see it… even till today! 😭🥲 I could not believe I had let myself go thaaaaat much!!!
I will never go back to that, I can never! Hated every single moment of that period in my life. 🥲 Losing control to that extent… I will go to the gym kicking and screaming if I have to but I can never go back to that dark phase!🙏🏾
