This week was not bad. A few less than stellar food choices, but nothing horrendously unhealthy, and all within my calorie limits. I am inching closer to my first goal - I should be able to hit it in two weeks.
I started week three of C25K today. It is up to 5 minute jogs now. I have not repeated any of the weeks. I never thought I could maintain a constant jog, but happily, I surprised myself.
I am considering switching back to Weight Watchers as my eating (I prefer not to call it a "diet") choice. It will allow me to eat more fruits and veggies. I'll decide before the day is out.
