I broke even this week. I am excited about that since I ate out on Friday, and had a luncheon and birthday dinner that I went to on Saturday. I did not over eat, or make really bad choices, but it is hard to gauge your calories when you are not the one preparing your food. I stayed under my calorie count by my guestimation using similar items found in the MFP database, so I'm pretty happy. I also finally measured myself this week, after not doing it for months. I have lost a total of 14 and 3/4 inches since January. Yay!
On a separate note, I finished week two of C25K. Wow, week two kicked my butt! In week one when I walked for 90 seconds it went so fast, but in week two running/jogging for 90 seconds takes a lifetime! I have to say, with all honesty, I am not looking forward to week three!
