Well, my weight loss contest is officially over. This week was the first that I didn't record a loss in 7 weeks, but I beat my friend by losing 10.38% of my total body weight. (He only lost 2.34% and then claimed the only reason he entered the bet was to motivate ME!) I got him to lose 5 lbs and he has continued to exercise and eat healthy, so everything else is irrelevant. My prize is a free ticket to see Van Halen in August. Free is always good! So I went from 260 to 233, and I'd like to take it down to 225 just to see how it looks. I'm 6'4", so I actually carried 260 fairly well. I feel much better at this weight, I must say. I'll finish my 2nd Ab challenge in 2 days doing 240 crunches, 102 leg raises, and a 3 minute plank, so I've already begun searching for the next challenge to attempt. Spending Memorial Day weekend with my wife and 14 yr old at my oldest daughter's home in Fairfax, VA. Going to do the D.C. thing on Sunday. Everyone keep at it. And Jillzee.... NO EXCUSES!
