I have not recorded any journal entries since November of 2022. I was unwell, my eating habits were all over the place ( or I was eating healthy than period of time of not eating healthy ). My weight was going up and down. So even 2 weeks ago, my weight was 96 kg. I was so happy seeing in the morning on my scales different numbers. I even double-checked it. I thought my scales were broken. But, 91.7 kg still was on the display! I'm feeling happier now about my weight. Just I need to put my focus on what I am eating and how I am eating. I'm trying fasting for 15 hours, but I must be careful about my sugar levels.
