Falling off the low-carb wagon hit me on Saturday. Don't know what happened. Yes I do. Had a sandwich for lunch with hubby. When I realized the carbs I just ate - I said what the heck - might as go all the way. Even have 2 chocolate chip cookies. I didn't even really enjoy the way I used to. Guess that's a good thing. Well the weekend is the past and I have to look to the future. The scale is only showing the error of my way.

Wagons on the right road again. I know there will be bumps in the road, but just have to fasten my seat belt tighter and hold on.

You got it! It's when you fall off and don't try to get back on that the real problems emerge.... Bumps are a part of life.... Here's hoping for a smoother road this week.
