Not sure if anyone will see this.....I'm still figuring out how this app works. I have tried every diet known to man. And I've failed every diet known to man. I have finally decided that it's time to just be healthy. Cut out unhealthy things as much as possible, make better choices, limit sugars and carbs within reason. The "cold turkey" and "exclusion" diets end up making me binge on whatever I'm trying to cut out and then I fall of the wagon altogether.
I hope having support here will help motivate and encourage me!

I saw that you like that Starbucks wrap. It has 30 net carbs!!! If you made this at home, you could use 2 whole eggs, 2 tbsp butter, plain spinach, on a wrap and your carbs are only at 9.3. 500 calories. Commercial foods (and those fiber one brownies) trigger insulin and then your blood sugar drops and then we crave more. I know you said the commercial brownies are a treat to help you stay on track. I get it. I used to experience it too. In fact, I used to love fast food. I don't any longer and don't even think about it. Good luck to you. Take it easy on yourself and find other things to enjoy than food. I had to this too. Food is no longer the treat I look forward to. Have a good evening.

I'm still figuring it out to. have only been on a week. I just came of weight watchers which always left me hungry so I would end up binge eating. so far so good with this. I'm the same as you. I want to eat as clean as possible. also, if someone knows how I can journal and pin an introduction lmk. lol
