I saw that you like that Starbucks wrap. It has 30 net carbs!!! If you made this at home, you could use 2 whole eggs, 2 tbsp butter, plain spinach, on a wrap and your carbs are only at 9.3. 500 calories. Commercial foods (and those fiber one brownies) trigger insulin and then your blood sugar drops and then we crave more. I know you said the commercial brownies are a treat to help you stay on track. I get it. I used to experience it too. In fact, I used to love fast food. I don't any longer and don't even think about it. Good luck to you.
