Tonight is our annual open house for school. They offer a free dinner but I decided to not partake in dinner which consists of a hot dog, chips baked beans and a soda and possibly a iceberg lettuce salad. I decided to skip the nitrates and the weight gain that goes with it and stick with my smoothie. Plus I won't get the heart burn that seems to accompany hot dog eating.
