My eating has really been in a groove lately. I've set a goal of having between 1200-1500 calories a day and working on my activity level.

Unfortunately, due to some bad food choices (lots of family picnics) my weight has gone up some. I'm waiting until my weight gets at or below my last weigh in before I record it. I think that will be soon, because this morning's weight was 167.2.

I was also doing something stupid - waiting until 10 a.m. or so before eating or drinking, so my weight would be lower. I've stopped doing that, but it's part of the reason my weight is a little higher. Generally, from the time I woke up (around 7 a.m.) to 10 or 11 a.m. I could "lose" up to a pound.

This process seems like it's taking forever, but I'm trying to focus on one day at a time, so when I finally hit my goal I will know what to do to maintain it. :)
