Well, I have not checked in for a while, due to taking vacataion during the 4th of July holiday. Naturally, I did not follow any diet, (was off for the week, HCG protocal) I did not worry about what I ate, and the consequences was... I gained 5 pounds!
I had a few cocktails I would say about a total of 6 smirnoff lemonades, (between Wed. and Monday) as well as some cookies. I also had a baked potato. A hot dog and a small serving of ice cream. A Dr. Pepper and a hamburger last night. OHhhh and some of my speghetti on Friday!. Thats has to be the main culprit!
This coming week, I am going to try to limit my servings, but not be as strict as the HCG. Then I will either try a modified form of the Atkins diet, or the On one day and Off one day diet that my friend Trish is doing.
Time to weigh in.. and I do hope everyone had an enjoyable 4th of July holiday, I certainly did, and one 1st place to boot in our small town parade!
