So, for dinner I didn't actually eat what I listed. I made my own Chicken Alfredo with bowtie pasta and broccoli and cauliflower. Which, if I guesstimate right it's closer to 275 calories per serving instead of four-hundred and some. However I decided to list the most calorie rich item located in the directory instead of adding it all up myself (or picking the 100 calorie items), that way I'm not going under and only over on calories eaten.

Either way, only 100 calories over if my meal really was that bad for me, and that's really not that bad especialy since I've been under 1500 the last few days. Just take some from here and put it there. :) Works for me.
