It's amazing how sometimes I feel that I have this whole eating thing figured out!
that's basically why I changed my handle to NowIunderstand.
I'm starting to feel that I want to change it back, cos I feel I don't understand Sh*** about all of this eating disorder.
Is it a thing for sugar? Is it mental, physiological? I get this obsessive compulsions to eat.
I do feel sometimes that there is a point where if I have too much intake of carbs it sets off a reaction that makes me obsess to have more. But carbs are in everything. So, it's very easy to tip that balance that sends me into compulsive overeating. And not to do it keeps me in a state of hunger.
I need to go back to an eating plan instead of doing it myself by just diminishing my portions.
I'm really struggling and crawling to my goal weight.
