Yesterday was a busy day that involved a lot of travel. I was able to work out and stay well within my calorie range. However, I did not drink enoug water and as a result, I am sitting here with a headache from dehydration...because of this headache I was not able to workout this morning...I have on my workout clothes and hope to jump on the treadmill for at least 1 hour sometime later today...
Yesterday's workout 60 minutes in the treadmill. 150 crunches 75 leg raises on each side

I didnt enter a journal entry for yesterday so here is what I would have written.
The day before yestrerday was great. I was able to put in 100 minutes on the treadmill and burn 1000 calories!!! My goal was to try shed some of this water weight, since I had been feeling a little bloated.
Workout from the day before: Treadmill 60 min at 3.5 speed at 10 incline Treadmill 40 min at 3.0 speed at 10 incline 3 sets of 15 with 50 lbs weights upper arms using machine 3 sets of 15 reps with 10 pound free weights upper arm 150 crunches 75 leg raises
Measurements Body Fat% - 26.7 Body Muscle% - 40.7 Body Water% - 55.4 Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
