Does jogging into the wind count as double? Well it should. Glad i had my sunglasses on since the wind was blowing all sorts of things around. Pretty sure I inhaled part of a leaf, lol. It felt good to get out there, hadn't jogged in a couple of weeks due to my schedule but it looks like I can do a couple of more times this week. =)
