The beginning
Trying to be thankful of my body and it getting me through the year. It was stressful with juggling good grades, family stress and commuting every weekend to visiting my partner. However I am at the heaviest I've been and it surely affects my confidence and energy levels. I'm hoping I can get excited about meeting my goals and trying different and new healthy foods. My biggest hurdle will be my own mind set and trying not to give up when it gets hard. Wish me luck. 🙂
