I did recently have surgery on my foot, so I'll be on crutches for about five more weeks. This has given me a great amount of time to focus on my health and pay attention to what I eat. i honestly do feel a lot better. I would love to start running again. It was a good pain for me lol afterwards I felt like i could do anything. I do what i can here and there to get a little exercise here and there. I waited so long because I wanted to be off my meds completely. Using crutches really takes a lot out of me, and my poor right leg has so support my entire body. No leg exercises for me, but I need to get these flabby arms under control.
Anyone know any good arm exercises or even ab workouts I can do on the floor? Or even just sitting here
