I got some much needed rest last night, slept 11 hours. YES! Rest makes everything so much better. Last night my church had a Passover Seder meal. It was very interesting and very salty. I will be drinking a lot of water today to counter act that salt. I had never had lamb before, didn't not like it but didn't not really like it either. The matzo bread reminded me of saltine crackers. It was a great learning experience. Looking forward to good eating and exercise today. Have a great one friends!
