I consumed almost 1800 calories yesterday. Went off the meal plan because nobody else wanted to eat the healthy meal I planned, so we are pizza instead, and although I also ate carrots and celery with it, I still wanted the lava cake my friend ordered for each child. I finished Bohdan's after he shared his with me. Am I setting a bad example? I tell myself that I'm supposed to be a temple of God, and love of food is a sin, but even that doesn't stop me when I get night time cravings. It really is an addiction, but how do I stop it when it's so available? I think I'll skip breakfast (caloried) to return to maintenance.
