Watch out for falling cheese!!
One thing I love to snack on and that I find very filling is a couple of slices of cheese. Usually, I'll make myself a sandwich for lunch and slice myself up a couple of extra slices of cheese to eat with it. It wasn't until I started entering in my food in the diet calendar on this site that I realized just how many calories I was having for lunch.
So, now I've noted it and I hope that anyone else who happens across this entry recognizes the expense that cheese brings. I've had to be much more careful with my favorite little snack of late. And for anyone else who needs to know, I hope this warning helps.
