So, today my goal is no added sugars, no bread/pasta/rice, and little-to-no dairy. My digestive system needs a break from all the okra I had that contributed to me being bloated and gassy. So far I'm doing really well. I let my husband and daughter have the rest of the brownies I made last night. I didn't have any coffee or sugar with my tea. I had absolutely no bread/cheese for breakfast. Hopefully, I'll continue with this!

I can't live without dairy but I'm also the better for limiting the other stuff. I have a high protein spaghetti once every 2 weeks, and brown rice once every 2 weeks. I only have bread a couple of times a week.

All you are doing is helping to stabilize your blood sugar and it does feel so good. After a while, when you eat those foods, you don't feel so good. I really don't have a hard time anymore not eating any processed food, because I know I feel so much better not eating it! Keep up the good work!!
