So, today my goal is no added sugars, no bread/pasta/rice, and little-to-no dairy. My digestive system needs a break from all the okra I had that contributed to me being bloated and gassy. So far I'm doing really well. I let my husband and daughter have the rest of the brownies I made last night. I didn't have any coffee or sugar with my tea. I had absolutely no bread/cheese for breakfast. Hopefully, I'll continue with this!
