I just love Sunday morning breakfast! Just did my first oven baked Frittata from left over meats and seafood( pork, turkey bacon, salmon, sardines, spinach, eggs, coconut oil, new zealand cheddar cheese salt and spices)... And served with a side of avacado and tomato salad! It tasted! Heavenly! And the good thing is I have left overs for three mornings breakfast... Where can I post a photo?

You can post photos as part of your journal entry. Upload the photo to another application like Photobucket, then copy and past the url. At the top of your journal page there is button for "image". you paste the url in between the "img" and "img" that pops up when you click the image button at the top of the journal page.
