This is the first day. Goal is to lose 68 lbs by November 2009; this is optimum time for me to achieve this weight loss. Starting with stretching of 20 min. today; will do 20 min each day. Alternating diet menus (Wt Watchers, Jenny Craig, others) to keep body guessing and hopefully, not reach plateau too quickly. Have tracking tools posted for easy review.

Hey....I don't know you and you can easily disregard this, but 68 pounds by November is really fast. I have no problem with you wanting to lose 68 pounds, I am on a quest to lose a similar amount of weight and have found that taking it slowly is working way better than setting myself a quick goal where I starve myself and turn right around and add it back. Again I saw you're entry and thought I'd throw in my 2 cents....whatever you decide I wish you all the luck in the world on your journey. Here to help if you like. Jim
