I have been super hungry the last couple of days which has been slightly annoying because I have purposely been eating more protein. I do feel fuller for longer but then bam starving. Crazy!

"Ah Man SK!" I am sorry! I watched Dr. Oz today, and he had a Carb's expert on his show. "Perhaps it might help you?" (check it out on line) The Doctor told the viewers to have Carb's every other day-Not in excess. He also mentioned having Almond butter and water before each meal. This is to take away your carb cravings he said, and to make you feel full for after your meals. I tried it today. I think it that it worked! :) Anyway, You will be in my F.S. I fund that a good fet satisfies the hunger, and seems to last. Try butter or avocado. :)

Fats satiate more than protein sometimes - I do avocado or almond butter or even raw almonds. And you do not need to eat much to feel like you are "full"
