Oh, my!
I have fallen off the wagon big time the last few weeks and now I am working double time to get back to where I was. We have a new elliptical machine. It burns calories pretty quickly and I'm told it helps tone your arms as well as your legs. We'll see. Travel next week. It makes it even harder, but I'll do my best.
