I broke down and bought a pack of cigarettes last night. I'm so stressed out but its no excuse. I went a whole week without smoking! I know that I can quit...I just have to find better ways to manage my stress! Thinking that excerise would be the best replacement.

I worked out on Tuesday and I am WAY sore today but thats ok! The gym at work has a punching bag and a speed bag...and it really is a good release to just beat the crap out of 'em for 30 minutes or so. So maybe I found my new thing! Kickboxing :)

I quit smoking cigarettes by experimenting with cigars. Of course you might look a bit strange and I understand that they aren't too popular these days. There is something fascinating about the different tastes, textures, and sizes in cigars though and, you don't inhale much. I'm just reminiscing and don't seriously think you will start smoking them. :-)
