Monday October 17th - I am going to make sure today is a good day. The plan is to work until 12, go home, meditate for 30 minutes, finish working until 2 then go for a walk. Tomorrow I will work before swim, swim from 5-6:15, come home and eat, then go to therapy at 7:30. Appt till 9, be home and walk from 930 to 1030. Lunch, nap, work in the afternoon.
