I'm the one who has hindered my own weight loss. I've been too scared of not getting the results I wanted that I just simply stopped. I have lost about 17 lbs since last year and I feel like I'm slowly falling back to my old habits due to all the stress and little sleep I've been into for the past 2.5 months. Thanks God I have not put all the weight back on, but since I still wear the same items I did when I was 157 lbs I don't see any difference in me and don't tend to care too much.

I'm going to try again and I'm going to try harder. This will be last week that I eat because I haven't sleep well or because I have too many projects. This week I'll teach my myself that a little bit of hunger won't kill me. I need to stop binge and emotional eating, even if not for weight loss I'll do it for my stomach's health.

Sometimes knowing too much or reading too much about weight loss it's not a good thing because things start to get confusing and to seem too hard. So, I'll just focus on three simple things: eating more greens, limiting the times I eat and I'll be exercising at least 3 times a week.
