I look forward to the weekends cause I seem to lose more then. Looks like I'm losing about a pound and a half a week. I'll take it. I'm thinking about having a "healthy barbecue" when I've reached my goal (50 pound weight loss!) I'm 8.8 pounds away. Time to start planning! Be Blessed!

Thanks Jay! Always a Pleasure! Always! Oh yes, I'm getting closer to it too. BBQ maybe sooner than I thought. Let's see, how about, salmon, jerk chicken kabobs, mango coleslaw, roasted corn on the cob. How's that sound?
