Good Morning, it was a restless night last night. We had a big lightening and thunder storm last night. Although it is pretty to watch it is rather disturbing as we live in the mountains surrounded by trees. There is always a danger of fires. I am holding steady at 194 this morning. I am feeling better about my body but still very critical of how I look when I get dressed. I do not know if it is that I want to look slimmer or what. I do not know how to describe it. I will keep on track and do a lot of self talk today to get my mind right. You know how it is, you just feel unsettled. Well have a great day and enjoy life. I am going to do my best.

I think it is simply a process that takes time ... becoming less self-critical. And, there really are days that we like how we look more than other days!! Regardless of size!!! Just keep moving along your path ... you are doing so fantastic!!

Try to see an accurate image of yourself when you view yourself in the mirror. We have screwered images of ourselves unfortunately but in time you will be happy with what you see. And if you want to be slimmer there is nothing wrong with that. But try to celebrate your successes along the way and not focus on what you have not achieved yet. Sometimes we have our eyes so much on what we want we fail to see what we have already achieved. You have done so good, I am so proud of you.
