I am not weighing in today, I will do it tomorrow. The scale showed me up but I had drank 2 whole bottles of water before I remembered it was weigh in day so Im gonna do it tomorrow instead. If I am still up, then I will deal with it, I expect it to be up a bit because I feel better and my cold is almost gone so I have been eating again but not as much as it showed this morning.
