Hi friends, I am home from my conference and completely exhausted from the weekend and losing an hour of sleep last night. I did all the driving to and from Sacramento, 4 hours each way. I did pretty good food wise, I indulged a little but I'm not overly worried about it. According to my fitbit we walked over 10,000 steps a day. We parked at the hotel and walked everywhere. Which was really nice since we sat in hour and a half seminars 4 times a day. When we ate I did things like: had the waitress take away the plate before I ate a majority of the french fries and ordered a salad instead of fries. I felt like the small things were what I could handle. It was a nice couple days off but I am looking forward to getting back to it.
My goal for this week is to walk today, jog Monday, Wednesday and Friday (weather permitting) and get in some strengthening exercises.
