We had a lot of fun on this vacation trip. We ended up going to a lot of stores and different out to eat places. We even hit the petting zoo. Workout today was legs. I ended up doing strength training. Been lazy for the past few days. My weight has probably went up. I'm too scared to actually see what it says. I actually had to watch my foods. Except for the cupcake I ate. That was bad. But everything else I ate was pretty much healthy.

I agree one pastry 🥮 once in a while Is fine. On Birthdays I always allow myself one decent piece of cake. We are loosing weight but we have to live.
