Finally! A whoosh! 41.6 lbs Down! And feeling Greeeeeeat!
My left thigh and arm are shakey after the gym. I know it'll wear off some once I rest a bit though.
Something unexpected happened at the gym this morning. I was asked if I wouldn't mind being featured in a video for the gym I go to. Like seriously, me. Tomato face, can't keep it serious for a second, me. lol. So Thursday we'll be recording the session. I think it'll be good for me. I'm not fond of full body things, and I'm more use to being behind the camera than in front of it. Not gonna lie, Im going to be an anxious mess the whole time. But focusing on my exercise and what the trainer has me doing will help. And I think in the long run I'll be happy to have a video to show my progress.

It took me a hot min the process how I feel about it and want to post it here. But I figured if I can get out of my comfort zone and do an actual video of my work out, I can at least post full body pics on a site I have always found some of the most supportive and positive people I know on.
