Feeling good about myself, I am feeling very motivated to see these numbers going down. I do admit that my diet is not perfect. Time to time going into my "emotional eating mode". My aunt in law is in the hospital. She is an elderly lady. So stress is very high. So to "kill stress" I am waiting to hear from my husband these magical words " Would you like McDonald's, or Burger King, or Costa takeaway?" 🤣 🤣 🤣 It is very bad for me. But I know it is happens once a week. So I do not feel guilty about it. But still, I AM SO HAPPY!!! My calorie intake daily is 1200. Sometimes lower.
