HGTV and the cooking channels are my favs too. I love them all. I like the Beachfront property shows too. LMAO! Glad life if golden, Jenn! Like the comfy clothes idea too. I plan on doing that as soon as my mom is in her own home.

Nic: My kitchen was in dire need of an update and I finally did it at the end of last year. It took many years to get to the point that I could get it done but I am so glad I was able to do it. It was much more involved than I expected but so worth it at the end.
