Haven't weighed in this week at all. Been too busy in the mornings to get that done.
So I've continued to see the chiropractor and I think it's really helping to reduce some of the pain and soreness I've had. In addition to that, today was the first day at the gym. I didn't get my walk on today because I was wanting to see how intense the workout with the personal trainer was. It wasn't bad. I worked on lower body with a stepping block thing, and did a couple different things with that. Then worked out the upper body with a bar by pushing it up and out, also worked with some resistance bands. Then had me do something to help with lower back muscles, that was hard for me. My back wasn't wanting to cooperate. I could only do a few of those. Then more resistance bands. All in all, it was good. My left side is again, notably weaker than my right side. Eventually they'll catch up.
Other plans today: Do the stretches the from the personal trainer later and walk some in the yard. Put chicken on to cook around lunchtime. And maybe get in the pool if I can squeeze in it between everything else. ^_^
