Walked 3.5 miles today. Decided to recheck my speed after I got back and I was still at the 3.3 mph pace over the last 2.7 miles (the part I did without doggies), so that's fine.
Still hot and humid. This will be a broken record throughout the summer, I'm afraid. It was 84 degrees when we started and 86 when I finished, full sun the entire time.
Just for today...no nut butters and no peanuts, either.

Super walking and in that heat! You are definately going to burn some calories. We hit 90 today in Northern Central California. It is here to stay as well. I go early when it's cool, or after the sun goes down.

Stef & Cheryl...at least we got some rain with storms this afternoon while I was at the thrift store. It cooled us down into the 70's!!! But, it didn't last long. The sun came out and we were up in the 80's again, this time with extra steam!! Stay cool, ladies!
